(BRONSON) – Bronson Schools Superintendent Rick Hilderly is one of six candidates to interview for the Superintendent's position with Tecumseh Schools.

Tecumseh School officials announced on their website that Hilderly is a candidate for their vacant Superintendent's position. He will be the first candidate to be interviewed on Thursday, September 19 at 5 PM.

Prior to being hired as the Bronson Superintendent, Hilderly was a teacher in the Tecumseh Elementary and Middle School from 1990 to 1998. He then served as an Elementary School Principal and the Middle School Principal from 1998 to 2005.

Hilderly was hired to be the Bronson Superintendent in 2017. He took over for Teresa Belote, who was hired to be the Superintendent of the St. Joseph County Intermediate School District.

The interviews in Tecumseh will be open to the public. The Tecumseh Board of Education will identify their finalists for the second round of interviews after they have talked to the six candidates.
