(LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP) – The St. Joseph County Sheriff's Department is investigating the arson of a vehicle.

Sheriff Brad Balk says on Thursday his deputies responded to the 19,000 block of South River Road in Lockport Township for an arson. When they arrived, officers found the remains of a red ATV, which had been spray painted gray. It appeared the ATV had been dropped off at this location and then lit on fire.
