(PORTER TOWNSHIP) – A Goshen women was injured in a car crash and fire in Cass County's Porter Township.

Deputies say Ketchem was able to get out of the vehicle just before the fire and sustained minor injuries. She was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash and the airbags did deploy.

The owner of the vehicle took Ketchem to an area hospital for treatment of her injuries. Assisting at the scene were the Newberg Fire Department and the Newberg Ambulance. The crash is still under investigation.
