(HOWE) - The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department released more details Thursday about three of the drug arrests we reported on.

The arrests happened at the Patriot Inn on State Road 9 in Howe on Tuesday.

Deputies responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct. When they arrived at the room in question they saw a man attempting to hide in the bathroom and drug paraphernalia in plain view.

After getting a warrant, a search of the room turned up methamphetamine, hypodermic needles and paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested 23 year old James Risner of Sturgis on charges of possession of meth and paraphernalia. 25 year old Casie Deter of Sturgis was arrested for possession of meth, paraphernalia, and a hypodermic needle.

45 year old Tonya Deter of Howe was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
