(UNDATED) – Michigan State Police are investigating several breaking and entering complaints around Southwest Michigan.

One happened at Fantom Motorsports on Dickinson Road in White Pigeon Township. Several remote controlled cars, remote controllers and other miscellaneous remote control parts were taken.

The suspect or suspects also stole a Canon digital camera and numerous checks from the business. The checks have “Fantom Motorsports” stamped on the back and have already been deposited, but personal banking information is still available on those checks.

In addition, troopers say there was a break in at Kline's Resort in Mendon Township. Several trailers and motor homes were broken into between December 11 and December 12. Televisions, DVD players and blankets were taken.

In Branch County, Michigan State Police are investigating the theft of a pistol.

The firearm was taken from a 2010 Lincoln MKX in the 300 block of Penn Drive in Coldwater Township. It happened between December 10 and December 13.

The pistol is a 9 millimeter, black and silver Springfield XD9.

If anyone has information on any of these incidents, they are asked to call the State Police Post in Marshall at 269-558-0500.
