(BRISTOL) – A Marcellus man was injured in a three vehicle crash near Bristol Friday morning.

Elkhart County Deputies were called to State Road 15 at County Road 14 at 6:17 AM. They say a car driven by 51 year old Todd Meyer of Marcellus crossed the center line and struck the trailer of a semi and then another vehicle behind the trailer.

Meyer was taken to Elkhart General Hospital for leg pain and minor bleeding.

The driver of the third vehicle, 66 year old Melvin Prince of Grand Rapids, also went to Elkhart General with hip pain.

Deputies cited Meyer for driving left of center and not wearing a seat belt.
