(LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP) – St. Joseph County authorities are searching for a missing man.

Sheriff Brad Balk says his department is looking for 59 year old Todd Jeffrey Hoyt, who was last seen December 21. Hoyt lives in the 58,000 block of James Drive in Lockport Township.

He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. Hoyt has gray hair, hazel eyes and a scruffy beard. He drives a black, 2011 Ford Escape with a Michigan registration of DZV3505.

Hoyt has possible dementia issues and deputies are attempting to check his welfare.
