November Unemployment Mixed In NE Indiana

(INDIANAPOLIS) – November unemployment rates were mixed around Northeast Indiana.

Information released this week showed both LaGrange and Noble Counties saw slight increases in their unemployment rates. LaGrange rose from 2.5 to 2.6 percent, while Noble rose from 2.9 to an even 3 percent.

Steuben and DeKalb Counties had declines. DeKalb fell from 3 percent 2.8 percent. Steuben went from 2.7 to 2.6 percent.

Elkhart County was unchanged at 2.8 percent.

All were lower than the State's unemployment rates of 3.2 percent.
