(LAGRANGE) – Sign up is going on now for the 2019 Night To Shine LaGrange.

Alyssa Brown, who sits on the committee that organizes the Night To Shine says it's a prom for folks with special needs ages 14 and older. It is sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and hosted by the LaGrange First Church of God. It is held worldwide on the same night every year.

So far more than 100 volunteers have signed up, with 59 of those being buddies.

Brown says in 2018 guests came from 28 towns, with the largest number come from Angola, LaGrange and Sturgis. One guest even came from Bern, Indiana which is two hours away.

Night To Shine LaGrange will be February 7th at the Farmstead Expo Barn in Shipshewana.
