(COLDWATER) – An armed robbery Sunday night is being investigated by the Coldwater Police Department.

Director of Public Safety Joe Scheid says officers were dispatched to 61 West Pearl Street at 11:45 PM. The alleged victim told police that two men in a dark colored Jeep pulled up next to his vehicle. The driver of the Jeep then showed a handgun and demanded money from the victim.

The Jeep drove off, heading west on Pearl Street.
