(SHIPSHEWANA) – An Indianapolis man has been arrested on several charges.

The LaGrange County Sheriff's Office was sent to investigate a
suspicious vehicle in the 1000 east block of Berkshire Court in Shipshewana. Deputies observed a silver Honda minivan sitting on the side of the road. As they investigated, officers found 27 year old Bryan Moscoso in the driver's seat with an open container of alcohol in his lap. It was also discovered he was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Field sobriety tests were performed, which Moscoso failed. He was taken to an area hospital for a certified blood draw, which displayed a blood alcohol content of .18.

Moscoso was then taken to the LaGrange County Jail where he is being held on charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
