(ELKHART) – A Nappanee man was injured in a one vehicle roll over crash just east of Elkhart.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office says at 2:55 Wednesday afternoon, 18 year old Lavern Graber of Nappanee was driving east on U.S. 20, just east of County Road 21. Deputies say Graber was traveling too fast on the wet asphalt, and lost control of his pick up. He collided with a guardrail and a fence before rolling over and coming to a rest at the bottom of an embankment.

Graber had a cut to his forearm and refused to be transported to a hospital for treatment.
