(BUTLER) – A North Carolina man was injured in an accident Wednesday morning in the area of U.S. 6 and County Road 59.

The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department says 31 year old Andrew Marlow of Concord, North Carolina was driving west in the 5900 block of U.S. 6 at 7:30 Wednesday morning. He lost control of this semi and was unable to get control of it, causing the vehicle to roll over and land upside down in the ditch on the south side of the road.

Marlow was treated for a possible leg injury. Two other passengers in the semi were not injured in the incident.

Assisting at the scene were the Butler Police and Fire Departments and Parkview DeKalb EMS.

The incident remains under investigation.
