High Speed Chase Goes From Michigan To Indiana

(BETHEL TOWNSHIP) – A high speed chase that started in Southern Michigan ended in Northeast Indiana with the arrest of an individual.

The Branch County Sheriff's Department says deputies tried to stop a black passenger vehicle that did not have plates at 11:15 AM Wednesday in the area of Block and Nettlemen Roads in Bethel Township.

The suspect vehicle headed south into Indiana with speeds reaching 110 miles per hour.

The chase ended in Steuben County on County Road 450 West south of State Road 120, just south of Lake Pleasant. The driver of the suspect vehicle was taken into custody.
