(CENTREVILLE) – Graduates of the Glen Oaks Community College Nursing School received another accolade.
According to William Lederman, the Glen Oaks Director Of Nursing, test scores for 2018 show that licensed practical nurses from Glen Oaks scored a 96.42 percent average on their exams, while the Michigan average was 86.54 percent. The national average was 85.93 percent.
Registered nurses reported an average score of 90.47 percent on their exams. The state average was 88.01 percent and the national average was 88.30 percent.
Lederman says this is great news for the nursing program. He says the nursing faculty and staff at Glen Oaks continue to do an exceptional job of educating students and preparing them for their future nursing roles.
