(WINCHESTER) - A man with a 2005 conviction for arson, burglary and conspiracy to commit criminal confinement in LaGrange County is jailed in Kingman, Arizona.

59 year old Monty Cook is being held on charges of fugitive from justice, false identification, possession of marijuana and credit card theft.

The Star Press in Muncie reports Cook is a person of interest in the death of 61 year old David Brumley of Winchester, who was found dead in
his home on November 3rd.

Cook was in possession of Brumley’s Mustang GT in Marion, Arkansas earlier.

Active warrants for theft and two counts of arson against Cook are on file in Randolph County.
