(LANSING) – A St. Joseph County woman is $1 million richer after playing the Michigan Lottery's Millionaire Maker instant game.

The 37 year old winner, who chose to remain anonymous, says she bought the ticket at the Harding's Market, 808 West Michigan Avenue in Three Rivers. She says she decided to scratch it off before she left. When she saw she won the million dollars, she called her husband, who couldn't believe it either.

The lucky winner recently visited Lottery headquarters in Lansing to claim her prize. She decided to receive her prize as a one time lump sum payment of $634,000, rather than the annuity payments for the full amount.

She says with her winnings she plans to buy a new house.

Players have won more than $9 million playing Millionaire Maker which launched this month. Each $20 ticket offers players a chance to win prizes ranging from $40 up to $1 million.
