(COLDWATER) – A Battle Creek man has entered pleas on two charges in Branch County District Court.

Court personnel say Alexander Woodman plead guilty to fourth degree criminal sexual conduct and to larceny from a vehicle between $1,000 and $20,000. Woodman was arrested in August 2018 for having sexual relations with an underage girl. The larceny incident happened in November 2018.

With the pleas, the Branch County Prosecutor's Office agreed to dismiss a charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct and another charge of breaking and entering with intent.

Woodman will be sentenced June 10.
