Central Noble takes on Oak Hill this afternoon at the Class 2A Logansport semi-state. The 27-0 Cougars are hoping for a repeat trip to the state finals as they take on the 23-3 Golden Eagles.

At the State Wrestling Tournament Prairie Heights’ Isaiah Levitz won a decision and advanced to today’s round. Ryan Rasler lost a decision in his match and finished his season at 38-5. East Noble’s Aiden Sprague lost by technical fall finishing his freshman season 30-10. Angola’s Jett Boots lost by fall in the first round. Evan Beasley of Northridge advanced by fall over Ty Haskins of Portage. Garrett’s Clayton Fielden won by technical fall and advanced to this morning’s round. The Railroaders’ Austin Leach lost by fall. Central Noble’s Levi Leffers advanced by fall while Alex Ocampo lost a decision to Malik Hall of Merrillville. Fairfield’s Vince Yoder advanced by fall to today’s round. And Churubusco’s Reese Wicker lost by decision.

Glen Oaks Vikings Men's Basketball team (8-14, 5-8) saw their 4 game winning streak snapped as they lost to the host Grand Rapids Community College Raiders 85-81 in overtime Friday evening.
