Centreville girls 1st, boys 3rd at SW 10 Conference Track Meet

Centreville girls track team takes first at Southwest 10 meet
(CENTREVILLE) – The host Centreville girls track team finished first at the Southwest 10 Conference Meet. Marcellus was second, White Pigeon sixth and Mendon was ninth. Centreville's Danielle Stauffer was first in the long jump, part of the winning 800 meter relay and second in the 200 meters. Gabrielle Bowen took first in the 100 meters, the 100 mete hurdles, and was part of the 800 meter relay team. Emma Pachay of Marcellus was first in the 800 meters, the 1600 meters, and part of the winning 3200 meter relay team. Claycee West of White Pigeon was first in the 400 meters and Mendon's Alivia Stuart took first in the pole vault. Centreville's Danielle Stauffer was named the Outstanding Female Athlete of the meet.

(CENTREVILLE) – The Centreville boys track team finished third at the Southwest 10 Conference Meet, which they hosted. Bloomingdale was first, Marcellus second, White Pigeon fourth and Mendon was seventh. Centreville Tyler Overholt was first in the discus and the Bulldogs were first in the 3200 meter relay. Carlos Castro of White Pigeon was champion in the 200 meters, second in the 100 meters, and part of the winning 400 meter relay and 800 meter relay teams. Collin Mayville was first in the long jump for White Pigeon. Mendon's Charlie Newberry was first in the 3200 meters and third in the 1600 meters. Zach Shelton of Marcellus was first in the high jump.
