(MILTON TOWNSHIP) – An Elkhart woman died in a two vehicle crash in Cass County's Milton Township.

Cass County Sheriff Richard Behnke (ben-KEY) says at 11:20 Monday morning, 48 year old Prinscella Outlaw of Elkhart was driving east on U.S. 12, just west of Beebe Road. Her vehicle struck a westbound automobile, driven by 34 year old Nicholas Reader of Hillsdale.

Outlaw was pronounced dead at the scene. Reader had minor injuries.

Seat belts were worn by both drivers. Drugs and alcohol were not factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.

Assisting deputies were the Edwardsburg Fire and Police Departments, Michigan State Police and the SMCAS Ambulance Service.
