(CENTREVILLE) - It's going to be busy around Centreville this weekend as the Covered Bridge Days Festival will be taking place.

Like many events, the 2020 Covered Bridge Days was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. But that didn't stop organizer from planning on what to do for 2021. Covered Bridge Days Committee Chairperson Brandy Eckhert says they had a different mindset when they planned out this year's festival. ...... {LISTEN}.

Eckhert says they also wanted to focus on the youth of Centreville and have them be a part of what was happening. ...... {LISTEN}.

Friday events will include the rummage and bake sale, Bingo, a beverage garden, cornhole competition, the touch a truck event, karaoke and fireworks at dusk.
