Two People Killed In Thanksgiving Day Crash

(CROMWELL) – Two people are dead and two others injured in a two vehicle crash that happened Thanksgiving Day.

The Noble County Sheriff's Department says 26 year old Efrain Murillo of Ligonier was driving his SUV and was struck by a car at the intersection of County Road 200 North and 900 West, just before 4 PM Thursday. The other vehicle was driven by 20 year old Riley Simpson of Milford.

Simpson and Simpson's passenger, 20 year old Terrence Suddon of Syracuse, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

Murillo and his passenger, 25 year old Fernanda Ruvulcaba of Ligonier, were taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries sustained in the crash.

Assisting deputies at the scene were the Ligonier Police Department, the Sparta Township and Noble Township Fire Departments, the Indiana State Police and Parkview EMS.
