(COLDWATER TOWNSHIP) – A Friday morning roll over crash injured a Coldwater woman.

According to the Branch County Sheriff's Department, 68 year old Francine Risi was driving east on Stickney Road just after 8 AM and lost control of her vehicle. It went off the road and struck three trees, then flipped end over end, and then came to rest on its hood.

Risi was the only occupant of the vehicle. She was removed by the Coldwater Fire Department, who had to use the jaws o life. Risi was treated at the scene by Coldwater firefighters and Life Care Ambulance, then taken to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
