(WHITE PIGEON) – Voters in the White Pigeon School District will be asked to renew a sinking fund millage during the August 2 Primary Election.

The sinking fund was originally approved by voters in 2012 and renewed in 2017. White Pigeon Superintendent Shelly McBride says this is another renewal the district is asking for, and is incredibly important for the school district. ...... {LISTEN}.

The sinking fund renewal is asking for 3 mills per year over a five year period. If approved, it would raise just over $1.2 million is the 2022 tax season.
