(BRONSON) – The City of Bronson has lifted the boil water advisory they issued on Sunday.

Bronson City Manager Brandon Mersman says the advisory was lifted after the City performed lab samples of the water for two consecutive days. Both tests came back negative for the presence of bacteria.

The advisory was issued because of a drop in pressure in the Schmid Farms neighborhood, due to a watermain break.

Mersman says the health and safety of Bronson’s citizens has always been a top priority. He says they understand this has been an inconvenience, and would like to thank those who were impacted by the advisory for their patience.
