(MILTON TOWNSHIP) – An Indiana man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Southern Michigan.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says 66 year old Harry Kiste of Elkhart was driving his motorcycle on Fir Road, just north of Redfield Street at 11:50 AM Sunday. Kiste lost control of his motorcycle, laying it down in the road and he ended up in a ditch.

Kiste was taken to an area hospital to be treated for his injuries. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

The incident remains under investigation.
