Goshen Man Injured After Buggy Struck By Vehicle

(MIDDLEBURY) – A Goshen man received life threatening injuries after his buggy was struck from behind by a vehicle.
The crash happened at 9:15 AM Saturday at the intersection of County Road 28 East and County Road 133 in Middlebury, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say a man was driving and using his phone, and rear ended a buggy.
The driver the buggy, a 27 year old Goshen man, was thrown out of the buggy. First responders say the Goshen man lost consciousness, and was taken to the hospital to be treated for head and face injuries.
