Sturgis CC teams fall to visiting Plainwell

(STURGIS) – The Sturgis cross country teams lost their home meets to Wolverine Conference rival Plainwell. The Sturgis girls lost 18-45 and were led by Korin Whitcomb in a season best time of 22:18. The Sturgis boys lost to Plainwell 24-35 with Matt Toner pacing host Sturgis, breaking 18 minutes for the second time in a week.
