Colon gets 62-12 win over Jackson Christian

(COLON) – It was a big night for the Colon girls basketball team. The Lady Magi opened the season with a home win over Jackson Christian 62-12, and got a win in the debut of new head coach Beth Preston. Reese Williams led Colon with 35 points and 6 steals. Megan Mullins had 14 points, 8 assists and 6 steals. Megan Jackson scored 5 points and Jaden Adams had 2 points, 10 assists and 4 steals.
