Lakeland boys fall to visiting Fremont 78-59

(LAKELAND) – Lakeland hosted Fremont for an NECC boys basketball contest, and the visiting Eagles beat Lakeland 78-59. Ben Keil led the Lakers with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Christian Troyer had 13 points and 5 boards while Tommy Curtis netted 12 points and had 4 rebounds. Fremont's Gabel Pentecost had a game high 35 points while Logan Brace had 12 points and 17 rebounds. Lakeland falls to 0-3 overall and 0-1 in the NECC. Fremont is now 2-0 and 1-0 in the conference.
