No. 2 Colon gets road win over No. 1 Adrian Lenawee Chr. 40-24
(ADRIAN) – In a battle of Top 10 8 man teams, the Division 2 No. 2 Colon Magi went on the road and beat host and Division 1 No. 1 Adrian Lenawee Christian 40-24 in a Southern Michigan 8 Man Football League A contest. Simon Vinson went 19 for 34 for 312 yards, 4 touchdowns and an interception. He also had 14 rushes for 18 yards and 2 more scores. Justin Wickey had 15 receptions for 254 yards and 4 scores. Tucker Lafler led the defense with 16 tackles. Maverick Downs added 10 tackles and Owen Wilson had 9 stops. Colon improves to 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the Division. Adrian Lenawee is 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the Division.
