Sturgis’ Lola Barkby goes 3-0 at West Ottawa Tournament

(HOLLAND) – Sturgis wrestler Lola Barkby went to West Ottawa Friday night for a girls only wrestling tournament, and finished first. Barkby went 3-0 in the 125-130 pound pool with a win over 7th ranked Ashley Schenck 7 to 0. Next she pinned Lilly Johnson in :38 seconds and finished the night by pinning 8th ranked Lindsay Gibson at the 4:30 mark. Barkby never gave up a point on the night.
