(JACKSON) – In the Red Division of the Jackson Invitational, the Mendon and Union City cross country teams were in action. In the girls race, Union City finished 9tha and Mendon didn’t have enough girls to qualify as a team. Mendon’s Presley Allen was 15th and teammate Taylor Zinsmaster was 108th. Union City’s Alli Gautsche was 17th and Skyler Fraley was 18th. For the boys, Union City came in 10th while Mendon didn’t have enough runners to compete as a team. Union City’s Ben Gautsche was 23rd and Cullen Decker was 48th. Mendon was led by Ben Iobe who finished 40th and Kyron Christner was 125th.
