(THREE RIVERS) – The Sturgis girls golf team put the final touches on their 2023 league season with a dominating performance to win the Wolverine Conference Championship with a score of 352, and 3 personal best scores. Maddy Webb shot a person best 78 to lead the Lady Trojans. She was also named the League’s Most Outstanding Golfer for the season by having the best scoring average. Mia Martinez had a personal best score of 89 while Citori Kosmerick shot a 92. Webb and Kosmerick were named First Team All Conference, while Martinez and Aspen Hyska were named Honorable Mention All Conference. It’s the 6th league title for the Lady Trojans in the last 9 years.
