Sarah Arreola named Sturgis varsity volleyball coach

(STURGIS) - Sturgis High School has a new varsity volleyball coach. Sarah Arreola has been hired to take over the program. Arreola is a teacher at Sturgis High School and says ever since graduating high school, she has volunteered in different coaching positions, and coached a freshmen team while she was doing her student teaching. After becoming a teacher, Arreola coached the JV team at Lakeland High School for one year, and then took over as the Varsity coach for a few years after that. Since then, Arreola has volunteered as a coach for her kid's school at Trinity Lutheran. Arreola says she is excited to serve in this capacity and work with a fantastic group of athletes. She says there are great things in store in the coming years for the volleyball program, and she is thrilled to be a part of it!
