(UNDATED) - Congressman Tim Walberg will be making stops in Bronson and Hillsdale Friday.
Walberg, a Republican who represents Michigan's Fifth U.S. Congressional District, will be in Bronson at 1 PM, stopping first at Madsen Steel Wire Products. He will talk about the ongoing local impact of the Working Families Tax Cuts.
Then at 1:30 PM, Walberg will be at Bronson City Hall to meet with City officials. From there he will get a tour of the Bronson Wastewater Treatment Facility to see the facilities' updates, portions of which were taken care of by an almost $2 million Federal appropriation that Walberg helped to secure.
At 4 PM, Walberg will be in Hillsdale to host the July Veteran of the Month presentation. It will be at the American Legion Post 53 and Walberg will help to honor Patrick Knight of Hillsdale. Knight is a U.S. Navy veteran who served with the "Sea Devils" a helicopter combat support squadron.
