Centreville girls drop game to Marcellus 36-35

(MARCELLUS) - Down 34-25 with under four minutes to go, Centreville went on a 10-2 run but fell short as they lost to host Marcellus 36-35 in a Southwest 10 girls basketball game. Leah Roberts led Centreville with 11 points and 8 rebounds. Berkley Shingledecker had 9 points, 7 steals and 6 assists while Drew Alexander had 7 points and 6 steals. Centreville is now 2-1 overall and 1-1 in the Southwest 10. Marcellus is 2-1 and 2-0 in the Conference.
