(COLDWATER) – A man is back in Michigan after being arrested on an 11 year old warrant.
According to Branch County District Court officials, 38 year old Travis Howard-Kinsey of Kentucky was arrested following a lengthy investigation by the Michigan State Police. He was wanted on a warrant that was issued in 2008 by the Bronson Police Department for an alleged crime that involved an eight year old girl.
Court officials say Howard-Kinsey was arraigned in Branch County District Court on first degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13. He is being held on a $250,000 bond, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 4.
