(LAGRANGE) – Local police took down an alleged drug dealer in the parking lot of the CVS Drug Store in LaGrange Friday afternoon.

Officers with the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Office, LaGrange Town Marshall’s Office, and the Drug Enforcement Administration were tipped off to the delivery of a large amount of crack cocaine Thursday.

They staked out the CVS parking lot and around 2:30 PM took 40 year old Richard Neal of Saginaw, Michigan into custody.

Neal was interviewed and booked into the Lagrange County Jail on a level 5 felony count of Dealing in Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug.

Officers seized about $2,600 worth of crack cocaine.
