(BURLINGTON) – Michigan State Police say a child died over the weekend in a Calhoun County House Fire.
Troopers were sent at 1:30 AM Sunday to a house fire in the Village of Burlington. The Burlington Fire Department was able to extinguish the blaze, with assistance from the Union City and Tekonsha Fire Departments.
MSP was notified there was a seven year old boy that was deceased inside the residence. A State Police Fire Investigator was called to the location to see if they could determine the cause of the fire.
