Three Rivers Bank Robber Arrested

(THREE RIVERS) – A suspect in a Three Rivers bank robbery has been apprehended.
Three Rivers Police were sent to the Century Bank & Trust branch a 1310 West Broadway Street on Monday for a hold up alarm. The teller told officers that the suspect passed a note demanding money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect left the bank on foot.
A K-9 officer was called in and tracked the suspect to a strip mall north of the bank, but the track was lost.
Surveillance video showed police the suspect was a black male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a dark colored Carhart stocking cap.
After a picture of the suspect was circulated by police through social media and other outlets, they were able to find and apprehend him without incident.
