KENDALLVILLE – A Kendallville neighborhood was on edge after a police action shooting this morning.

Indiana State Police and Kendallville Police responded around 8 a-m on a reported domestic incident on Aspen Drive.

A Kendallville officer shot one person during the incident. That person was taken to a hospital by ambulance. We don’t know the seriousness of their injuries.

City officials went on social media about 90 minutes later saying the scene was secure and there were no further safety concerns.
