(UNDATED) – A High Wind Warning is now in effect for the listening for today.
The National Weather Service issued the High Wind Warning, in effect until 9 PM for the Michigan and Indiana counties in our listening area. Forecasters say southwest winds of 30 to 40 miles per hour will impact the area, with gusts up to 60 MPH possible during the day.
Winds could blow down limbs, small trees and power lines. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on north-south roads.
