By: Mike Stiles - Tuesday, February 25, 2020

(UNDATED) – More winter weather could be coming our way over the next few days.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch from 7 PM Tuesday until 1 AM Thursday. The Winter Storm Watch is in effect for St. Joseph, Branch, Cass and Hillsdale Counties in Michigan, along with LaGrange, Elkhart, and Steuben Counties in Indiana.

Forecasters say we will see a mixture of rain and snow throughout the day on Tuesday. The precipitation is expected to change to all snow around 1 AM Wednesday with 1 to 2 inches of accumulation during the overnight hours. Snowfall is predicted to increase in intensity during the daytime hours on Wednesday with an additional 3 to 7 inches of accumulation possible.

Travel could become difficult from Tuesday night until Wednesday night around the listening area. Please be careful if you are out on the roads, and give yourself plenty of time to get to your destinations. Also make sure there is plenty of room between you and any vehicles in front of you.

Stay tuned and we will keep you updated to the latest weather information.
