Indiana Moving Primary Election To June

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Election Commission voted this morning to officially move the Primary election to June 2nd.

The vote was 4-0.

All registered voters will be allowed to vote no-excuse absentee ballots. It also gives guidance to county election boards on how to handle the changes.

The commission will meet again April 22nd to consider methods and procedures necessary to implement a vote by mail election if made necessary by the health disaster emergency.
