UNDATED - Northwest Ohio Authorities are seeking the public’s help in the multi-state region in locating a fugitive.
Law enforcement personnel responded to a tip Sunday evening that reported Timothy J. Heinze, a known fugitive, was seen in the 100 block of Miami Avenue at Nettle Lake, located in Williams County, Ohio. Heinze reportedly fled northwest into Steuben County, Indiana, and then Hillsdale County, Michigan.
Authorities terminated the pursuit after Heinze could not be located.
Heinze is wanted on a felony warrant, charging him with absconding from supervision.
Investigators believe the fugitive could be anywhere in the tri-state area. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Timothy J. Heinze is asked to contact Williams County Sheriff’s Department in Ohio, or their local authorities.
