(INDIANAPOLIS) – The Indiana Republican Party has selected their candidate to run for Attorney General.

After three rounds of voting on Friday, the GOP chose Todd Rokita to be their nominee.

John Westercamp was eliminated in the first round with the lowest vote total. Nate Harter was then dropped in the second round with the fewest votes. In the third round Rokita received 51.1 percent of the votes, to beat incumbent Attorney General Curtis Hill, who had 47.8 percent of the votes.
