(HOWE) – A drug complaint is being investigated by the LaGrange County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were notified Tuesday of a drug complaint that occurred at 5980 North 210 West in Howe. The initial investigation revealed that on Sunday, Nichole VanWormer provided a green, leafy substance, later identified as marijuana, to her juvenile daughter. VanWormer was visiting her daughter when she provided the child with the illegal drug.
Deputies are still attempting to interview VanWormer.
