City Controller Holly Keyser shared that with the Sturges-Young Center for the Arts no longer offering food service and working with caterers to provide meals for different events, she refigured their portion of the budget.

Hughes shared that because of the General Property Tax Act, the City must hold a public hearing on the budget before it is adopted. The City Charter requires the budget must be adopted before August 20.
